If you are an active Recology customer and did not negotiate your check, a credit has automatically been applied to your account. All credits were posted to accounts on April 18, 2022, and you should have received confirmation of your credit in the mail. If you are no longer a Recology customer and did not negotiate your check, please contact Recology Customer Service at (415) 330-1300 or email@example.com to request a check reissue. Checks will be reissued on May 20, 2022.
